Deleting your account

To delete your HumAIn Core app account:

• From the HumAIn Core app, navigate to Settings
• Scroll to the bottom the page and hit 'Delete Account'
• Your account and In-app content (chats, images, audio, memories, whiteboard) is deleted from our systems as part of the deletion process and is not reversible.
• Some service logs / security records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or to protect against fraud/abuse
• Subscription note: deleting account doesn’t cancel Apple/Google subscription
• If you cannot access the app and want to request account deletion, please email support@humaincore.com. Email from your account email address if possible, and include the subject: Account deletion request.
